Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes items may not be what you expected. While most of our products are made-to-order, we do offer a limited refund policy in certain cases.

If an item is defective or arrives damaged, we will provide a full refund in the form of a gift voucher valid for 6 months. Simply contact us at info.aldoshag@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll guide you through the refund process.

Please note that we do not provide cash refunds. The refund will be issued as a gift voucher that can be used towards a future purchase from our store.

Please note, any items that have been used or altered, are not eligible for a refund. Also, we cannot refund the original shipping charges.

 

Exchanges

If an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we'll be glad to send you a replacement at no additional cost. Just reach out to us at info.aldoshag@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll arrange for an exchange.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we'll ship out the replacement as soon as possible. Depending on your location, the delivery time for the exchanged item may vary.

Please note that items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
